We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. <b>**Pet fee $100USD per pet per stay**</b> ★<b>ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS</b>★ Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest (kids over 2 as well), a $30/night fee will be applied. ★EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT★ <b>Early Check-In</b>: We charge $25 per hour for early check-ins. <b>Late Check-Out</b>: We do our best to accommodate special requests. As a host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our assignment is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and CONFIRM THAT THIS HAS BEEN REVIEWED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation! 📌 PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS: Our property is pet friendly (limit 2), but please make sure you follow the rules mentioned below: ✤ NO CATS! This is a hazard as future guests could have allergy issues. ✤ No constant barking nor disturbances is allowed. We do not want anyone disturbed at any time. We assume the pet is well behave and will be trained to be quiet. ✤ Non-aggressive breeds, no history of aggression, 50lb limit and $100 PER ANIMAL PER STAY DOG FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE). This only applies to reservations that do not last a maximum of one week. If your stay exceeds one week, the pet fee will be $100 per pet per week (non-refundable). ✤ Pets and service animals must be supervised when in the backyard, not be left unattended at any time ✤ Pets and service animals should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost and must be crated or kenneled when left alone to avoid accidents. ✤ Please avoid any pet mess inside the house and outside as well. Guests are required to remove ALL TRACES of an animal being present at the property. Please pick-up their waste and dispose of it accordingly and bring a cover for our couches and chairs, if pets sit on them. Always have mattress protectors on beds regardless. Any damage caused by an animal must be repaired or reported to us and will be charged back to you. ✤ You will need to disclose to us if you will be bringing a pet to the property. Please let us know your pet's breed, how many as well as weight at the time of booking. 📌 SECURITY CAMERA: ✤ Any tampering with or covering of cameras compromises the security of the property, and if they are altered in any way, it may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund. 📌 SECURITY DEPOSIT: ✤ It will be returned after no damage is found.
