This was our 2nd stay here. We booked it again because the host were wonderful and responsive and we love how cozy, yet modern the house feels. We have a large family and we were very comfortable, lots of space to relax and enjoy games and visiting. We also really enjoyed the backyard.

My family and I stayed here during graduation and it was the perfect choice! Everything is just how you see it in the pictures or even better! The neighborhood is very beautiful, quiet, and has a running trail behind the house. Response time was amazing and we were always able to get in contact with our host. Thank you for opening your home to us for the special moment.

Loved our stay. We had a large group (9) people and there was plenty of space for all of us. Home was very clean and furnishings were comfortable. Adi was quick to respond to all my questions. Plus the driveway was long and easily accommodated 5 vehicles.

Great location if trying to stay close to things but not crowded!! Yard was beautiful and large with a creek over the pony wall and wildlife roaming around. Keep your small pets attended if you don’t want them to disappear. Seen a bobcat and deer. Plenty of space inside, plenty of rooms and privacy. Kitchen can use a few more utensils and bbq utensils. We grilled used the fire pit nightly. 👍🏽🙌 🙌

Excellent stay! Family of 8 for the Auburn / Alabama football game...about a 50 minute easy drive to Auburn. House was lovely, warm and inviting! Brought Thanksgiving dinner to eat there and the kitchen was well appointed with dishes and pots and pans. Bedding and towels were soft and enjoyable. Quiet location but super easy to get to! Would happily stay here again! A+ rental. Thank you!

This home was exactly as it was in the pictures. It was in a nice and quiet family neighborhood. The home is conveniently located…maybe a 16 to 17 minute drive to the Fort Benning main gate. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. It’s also maybe a nine minute drive to Flat Rock park. The home was also extremely clean, which is a dealbreaker for me! It was a fantastic stay!!!

We were in town for my nephews boot camp graduation. Loved how close the house was to base. The neighborhood was extremely peaceful and quiet. The house itself was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own bedrooms for sleeping but also a large couch in the living room that fit everyone so we could all be together and visit. We also loved how responsive and friendly our hosts Adi and Kristel were. We had a couple of questions prior to and then during our stay and their responses were almost immediate. Would definitely reserve their house again if we are ever back in the Columbus area

The Hero’s retreat was a great place for our family for my son’s graduation for AIT. The hot tub was perfect on the cool nights there was ping pong and darts to play along with a bunch of board games. We had a great time and a fun family vacation. I would recommend The Hero’s Retreat and host Adi and Kristal they were right on top of anything that we needed. There are a lot of beds to sleep a lot of people. I will definitely be back

We had a great stay at this house. It was close to everything - Fort Benning, downtown, shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of room for our group of 7. The pool, games and the pool table kept everyone entertained. The hosts were very responsive to any question or inquiries. Thanks for a great stay!

Very responsive hosts! The home seems to be in a safe location with beautiful landscaping. Our son was on leave for a few days and we had a very peaceful time there. The home was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the pool table and back outdoor area the most. Beds are firm. We will always treasure our time spent in this home.
